Called the most beautiful urban marathon in the country, the Twin Cities Marathon is special because it's run in my hometown.
Late fall weather makes the race a brisk one, but the cool temperatures are more than made up by the warmth
of friends along the course.
Twin Cities is a point-to-point course that's divided into four separate venues: 1) Downtown Minneapolis; 2) The City Lakes;
3) The Mississippi River; and 4) Summit Avenue and St. Paul. Each venue has a distinct personality and when added together
creates a memorable race experience.
